First-Close Guarantee

Didn't close in Week 1? Up to 10 bonus leads, free, over the next 3 weeks.

Here's how it works. You start your paid plan and receive your Week 1 leads as normal. Work them fast, close them — that's the goal. If you don't close a qualifying job from your Week 1 leads, we deliver up to 10 bonus leads on top of your normal paid leads over Weeks 2, 3, and 4. Once you close your first qualifying job, bonus leads stop and you're back to normal volume. If you still haven't closed after all 10 bonus leads, we've both learned something — and your plan continues at normal cadence.

The guarantee is leads-only, claimed once per contractor account, ever. All payments are always non-refundable.

The 7 rules that keep you eligible

Read each one. Miss any single rule and the guarantee is voided — no bonus leads, no exceptions.

1

Up to 10 bonus leads, delivered over weeks 2–4

If you don't close a qualifying job in Week 1, we send up to 10 bonus leads on top of your normal paid leads, spread across Weeks 2, 3, and 4. Typical cadence: 3–4 per week. If you close during the bonus period, the stream stops immediately and normal volume resumes.

2

Your paid plan stays active the entire time

Bonus leads only flow while your paid plan is active and billing on schedule. If you cancel, pause, or your card declines, the bonus stream ends that day. No paid plan = no guarantee.

3

Every Week 1 lead logged correctly

For every lead delivered in Week 1 you must log (a) an outcome in the portal within 24 hours, (b) at least 3 logged contact attempts, and (c) a logged quote amount if the homeowner picked up. Miss any of these on 2 or more Week 1 leads and the guarantee is voided — no bonus leads sent.

4

Respond to every Week 1 lead within 2 hours

First contact (call or text) within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 8 AM–8 PM local time). Leads arriving overnight or Sunday — clock starts 8 AM next business day. Miss the 2-hour window on more than one lead and the guarantee is voided.

5

We verify with the homeowner before bonus leads go out

Before the bonus stream starts, LeadPortal may contact 2–3 Week 1 homeowners who you marked "didn't close" to confirm that you made contact and provided a quote in good faith. If a homeowner confirms they were never reached or never got a quote, the guarantee is voided.

6

What counts as a "close"

Small jobs (repairs, tune-ups, service calls): a paid invoice. Larger jobs (installs, system replacements): a signed contract or collected deposit. Closes must be logged in the portal when they happen. Any single qualifying close ends the guarantee — bonus leads stop and normal volume resumes.

7

One guarantee per contractor account, ever

Tracked by business name, license number, and phone — not by email. Cancelling and signing up again does not reset eligibility. The First-Close Guarantee is offered once per contractor business, period.

How to stay eligible — the 60-second checklist

Print this, tape it to your dashboard, or hand it to whoever answers your phones.

Every Week 1 lead during business hours (Mon–Sat 8a–8p) gets a call or text within 2 hours

Leave a voicemail + send a text if they don't pick up the first time

Attempt 3 contacts minimum before marking Unreachable

Log the outcome in the portal within 24 hours — every lead, no skips

If you quoted, log the quote amount too (this is how we audit the guarantee)

Keep your payment method current — no declines, no removals, no pauses

Close something and log it in the portal — any qualifying close ends the clock on bonus leads

What you get if you qualify

Up to 10 bonus leads delivered free over Weeks 2, 3, and 4 — on top of your normal paid lead volume. Typical cadence is 3–4 bonus leads per week. The moment you close your first qualifying job, bonus leads stop and normal volume resumes.

Bonus leads follow the same reporting rules as paid leads: 24-hour outcome log, 2-hour response, 3 contact attempts. If reporting drops off on bonus leads, the remaining bonus stream is cancelled.

The guarantee is leads-only. Never cash, credits, or partial refunds. Claimed once per contractor account, ever.

What voids the guarantee

These rules exist to protect both sides. Contractors who work leads fast, log outcomes, and pay on time close jobs — the guarantee is for the ones who do all three and still hit a slow Week 1.

Payments, refunds, chargebacks

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstance. Our lead-delivery obligation is fulfilled the moment the lead is delivered — outcome is on you.

The First-Close Guarantee is the sole and exclusive remedy if you don't close in Week 1. No cash refunds, no credits, no partial payouts.

Chargebacks or payment disputes trigger immediate permanent forfeiture of the guarantee and any remaining account benefits. Account is closed, all outstanding balances become immediately due.
