LeadPortal ("we," "our," "us") is an HVAC lead generation platform serving licensed HVAC contractors nationwide. We connect contractors with pre-qualified homeowner leads in their service area. Our website is leadportalapp.com and we can be reached at tom@leadportalapp.com or (640) 500-2515. LeadPortal is operated by Temperature Tom LLC.
From Contractors: Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, service area (county and ZIP codes), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and account activity.
From Homeowners (via partner intake): When a homeowner submits a lead request through our partner intake forms, we receive their name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and service description for the purpose of routing the lead to one matched contractor. We also collect IP address and general device information for security purposes.
Program Name: LeadPortal Service Alerts
By submitting our forms and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or pre-recorded calls and text messages from LeadPortal (operated by Temperature Tom LLC) and its partner contractors at the phone number you provided. You are not required to consent as a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Homeowners typically receive 1–5 messages per service request (confirmation, follow-up, completion check, and review request). Contractors typically receive 1–10 messages per week depending on lead volume (lead alerts, reminders, and account notifications).
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. Even if you opt out of SMS, we may still send transactional emails related to your account.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: We will never sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. A homeowner's phone number is shared only with their assigned HVAC contractor for the sole purpose of fulfilling their service request. No mobile information collected as part of the SMS consent process will be shared with any third party.
With Contractors: When a homeowner submits a lead, we share their name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and service description with the assigned contractor so they can reach out.
Service Providers: We use Supabase (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and Twilio (SMS). These providers receive data only as necessary to perform their services.
We do not sell your personal information. Every lead is exclusive — we do not share it with more than one contractor. No mobile information collected through our SMS consent process is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We retain homeowner lead data for up to 2 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution. Contractor account data is retained for the duration of the account plus 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing tom@leadportalapp.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at tom@leadportalapp.com. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
