What states do you operate in?

What does a lead actually look like?
You get the homeowner's name, phone number, state, estimated loan amount, and how recently they closed on their mortgage. Every lead has opted in and confirmed their number via SMS before it hits your phone.
Is there a contract?
No. You can pause or cancel anytime. There's no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no lock-in. If a lead comes in wrong, text Cody and we make it right.
How fast do leads come in?
Volume depends on your territory and licensed states. Most agents see their first leads within the first week after their territory is activated. We'll give you a realistic estimate on your audit call before you commit to anything.
What makes these "exclusive"?
Exclusive means one agent gets the lead — period. We'll never send the same homeowner to another agent in your territory. The moment you claim your states, those leads are yours alone.
I'm captive with a carrier. Can I still use this?
Only if you're also independently licensed to write MPI outside your captive carrier. We generate unbranded leads — you're responsible for placing them with a carrier you can write. If you can only write through your captive, this isn't a fit.
What if I'm not licensed in enough states?
The more states you're licensed in, the more volume we can send. On your audit call we'll look at your footprint and be straight with you on what to expect. Some agents expand their license states specifically to increase lead volume — we can advise on where demand is strongest.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on your territory and lead volume — we discuss it on your audit call, not on the page. Every territory is different. What we can tell you: the math on MPI commissions makes per-lead pricing look very small by comparison.
